Every model in Twisted represents a unique individual, from powerful core characters such as Nouveau to the lowliest of lowly in the Urkin — they are all a specific presence in the world, shaped by story, purpose, and consequence.
These are not just generic troops or interchangeable pieces, pawns to move about if you will, but characters with history, identity, and a role to play both on the tabletop and within a campaign.

Each miniature is sculpted to tell a story at a glance. Clothing, equipment, posture, and expression are all deliberate, reflecting who that character is and how they exist within the world of Twisted.
From refined Gentlefolk to feral Urkin and everything in between, the models are designed to feel like they belong in the setting — not just on a base.
This focus on character means that no two Company’s look or feel the same, even when drawn from the same faction.

Twisted miniatures are created with gameplay in mind. Poses are clear and readable during play, silhouettes are distinct, and details are placed to reward painting without obscuring functionality.
Models are supplied as high-quality printed or cast miniatures, intended for assembly, painting, and long-term use.
They are made to be handled, moved, and played — not just admired.

As the world of Twisted expands, so too does its range of miniatures. New characters emerge through story developments, campaigns, and faction growth, ensuring that the collection evolves alongside the setting itself.
Some characters are easy to find. Others are rarer — appearing only through specific releases, events, or moments in the story.
Not everyone belongs everywhere..

In Twisted, miniatures are not static representations. Through campaign play, characters gain experience, suffer injuries, form rivalries, and carry the weight of past decisions into future battles.
The miniature you place on the table today may not be the same character you remove from it tomorrow.
Designed from the ground up with care and love, every character goes through an intensive concept development process before being painstakingly hand-sculpted by some of the best miniature artists in the world..
